VRANEC
Vranec red wine is made from the most common grape variety Vranec in Macedonia. It is a feature of Macedonian winemaking.
The grape is obtained from seventy-year-old vines giving the wine the characteristic of ripe fruit berries. This wine is dominated by the fruitiness of black ripe fruits, on the taste the rich tannins from the ripeness of the seed give it a strong character that is well harmonized with the acids.
A feature of the Macedonian Vranec is its power with a full taste and an aftertaste that does not leave you indifferent.

KRATOSIJA
Kratosija or Kratoshija is a red wine grape variety native to the Balkans, particularly prevalent in Macedonia and Serbia.
Typically display a deep ruby-red to garnet color, often with hints of purple when young. The aroma of Kratoshija wine can vary, but it commonly offers fragrances of ripe red and black fruits such as cherry, plum, raspberry, and blackberry. You might also detect floral notes, subtle spice nuances like black pepper, and earthy undertones.
Kratoshija is a versatile grape that can produce wines of excellent quality, offering a balance of fruitiness, structure, and complexity that appeals to a wide range of wine enthusiasts.

SERAPHIM
Saraphim is a captivating red cuvée that harmonizes the bold intensity of Vranec with the vibrant elegance of Kratosija—two ancient Balkan grape varieties known for their expressive character and deep historical roots.
In the glass, Saraphim pours a deep ruby color with garnet reflections, hinting at its richness and depth. On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, followed by subtle notes of dried herbs, black pepper, and a touch of oak.

PROKUPEC
Prokupec red wine is made from the Prokupec grape variety of the same name. This grape variety is characteristic of strong tannic red wines. The smell is dominated by the aromas of black cherry and sour cherry, and the presence of tannins makes the wine powerful in taste and aftertaste.

With a blend of three varieties of black grapes, we got a blend (Cuvée) from Vranec, Prokupec, and Ohridsko black. Dominates the fruitiness of black and red small fruit – berries, that give the wine a fresh fruity taste, and aftertaste.

CUVÉE BARRIQUE

Cuvée Barrique is a wine that matures for 9 months in oak, and 3 months in a bottle.

RHINE RIESLING
Rhine Riesling is a wine obtained from the grape variety of the same name, which has been best adapted to the climate in the Ohrid wine region.
With a typical greenish-yellowish color, the fresh and fruity aroma of green apple as well as the dominant acids make the wine light and beery with a fresh taste and aftertaste.

TEMJANIKA
Temjanika or Muskat de Frontignan, the name itself suggests that it is an extremely aromatic, i.e. Muscat variety of grapes. Because of the intense smell of incense, spicy and dominant,
it got the name Temjanika.
The wine is delicate, yellowish green with a rich aroma of white flowers, fresh on taste, rich and full aftertaste.
